Hudson Deer Processing – Where USDA-inspected facilities meet the art of traditional German butchering.

We know the best part of hunting is the actual hunting, and turning that deer into great tasting meat is a lot of work. So you do the fun part, and leave the work to us. You bring us the deer, we give you back a cornucopia of backstrap medallions, bacon wrapped chopped steaks, hamburger ground venison or chili meat, and an array of smoked sausages, summer sausages, links, snack sticks and jerky that you’ll be enjoying long after deer season is just a memory.
